Who We Are
Customer First Contracting (CFC) is a 100% Indigenous-owned company proudly delivering Facilities Management services across Western Australia’s Pilbara region. Established in Newman in 2000, we have grown into a trusted partner for government, mining, and private sector clients through our commitment to safety, reliability, and local impact.
CFC is an IBN Group company. With the support of IBN, we continue to expand our reach, invest in local capability, and deliver outcomes that benefit both our clients and the communities we serve.
Our Tradesmen
Each of our tradesmen has, on average, 15 years’ experience in their respective industry and is required to consistently produce work of a high standard.
